The Pierre City Commission is holding it’s weekly meeting tonight instead of its normal Tuesday night because of the 4th of July holiday yesterday. A very light agenda will greet Commissioners tonight. The oath of office will be given to Mayor Steve Harding to begin his third term as mayor. Assignments to Commissioners will also be made. The consent calendar contains only the claims and minutes from the June 20th meeting. The Commission has one lone agenda item, considering a change order on the wash bay project. Commissioners will present any dialogue they may have before adjourning for the night. The Pierre City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 pm. The meeting is open to the community.
