Pierre Swim Team with Three High Point Winners over Weekend

Pierre Swim team had 13 swimmers compete at the 2023 Rushmore Classic meet in Rapid City June 23-25^th. Also competing were 5 swimmers at the 2023 Splash Central Invitation on the same weekend.

2023 Rushmore Classic

In the Girls 11-12 Division, we had 2 swimmers:

Evelynn Caveny: 50 free-12^th, 200 IM-15^th, 50 breaststroke-16^th, 100 back-19^th, 100 breaststroke-20^th, 200 free-20^th
Lily Eggebraaten: 50 breaststroke-12^th, 100 breaststroke-12^th, 50 back-20^th, 50 free-24^th, 100 back-25^th & 100 free-29th

In the Girls 13-14 Division, we had 2 swimmers:

Emmyline Fabel: 100 breaststroke-7^th, 200 breaststroke-7^th, 200 IM-18^th, 50 free-19^th & 200 free-22^nd
Ann Tjeerdsma: 100 back-8^th, 200 back-8^th, 100 fly-8^th, 400 free-10^th, 100 free-11th (SDQ), 200 IM-13^th, 200 free-15^th, 50 free-16^th (SDQ)

In the Girls 15-19 Division, we had 2 swimmers:

Charlie Hull: 100 back-7^th (SDQ), 50 free-7^th (SDQ), 100 free-7^th (SDQ), 400 free-12^th(SDQ), 100 fly-12^th, 200 back-13^th (SDQ), 200 free-15^th (SDQ), 200 IM-16^th (SDQ) & 100 breaststroke-25^th
Ella Ward-Zeller: 100 back-1^st, 200 back-1^st, 200 IM-1^st, 400 IM-1^st, 100 breaststroke-4^th, 100 free-5^th, 200 free-7^th, 100 fly-7^th & 50 free-17^th– All State Qualifying Times

In the Boys 7-8 Division, we had 2 swimmers:

Bentley Frost: 100 free-2nd (SDQ), 200 free-2nd (SDQ), 50 breaststroke-2nd (SDQ), 50 fly-2^nd, 100 back-3^rd (SDQ), 200 IM-3^rd, 100 breaststroke-4^th, 50 free-4^th & 50 back-5^th.
Theo Jensen: 50 free-9th

In the Boys 9-10 Division, we had 1 swimmer:

Garrett Linn: 200 IM-5^th, 50 breaststroke-7^th, 100 breaststroke-7^th, 50 fly-10^th, 200 free-11^th, 50 free-12^th, 100 free-12^th, 100 back-12^th & 50 back-15^th.

In the Boys 11-12 Division, we had 1 swimmer:

Trey Linn: 50 breaststroke-1^st (SDQ), 100 breaststroke-3^rd (SDQ), 100 back-4^th (SDQ), 200 free-4^th (SDQ), 200 IM-4^th & 50 free-5^th (SDQ)

In the Boys 13-14 Divison, we had 2 swimmers:

Max Brosz: 400 free-10^th, 100 breaststroke-16^th, 200 breaststroke-16^th, 200 free-18^th, 100 free-19^th, 100 back-19^th, 200 IM-20^th & 50 free-22^nd
Christopher Jensen: 200 IM-5^th (SDQ), 50 free-8^th (SDQ), 200 back-9^th & 200 free-11^th (SDQ)

In the Boys 15-19 Division, we had 1 swimmer:

Mason Ward-Zeller: 1st & State Qualifying times in the following: 50 free/100 free/200 free/100 back/200 back/100 breaststroke/200 breaststroke/100 fly & 200 IM
