PIERRE — The Pierre City Commission is meeting tonight at the Pierre Municipal Building. The meeting starts in special business with an update on Denver Air Connection’s flight schedule. Commissioners will consider approval of a six-item consent calendar before moving on to the main agenda. The Commission will get an update on the annual Missouri River clean-up scheduled for July 12th a request to purchase generators for lift stations in the city. Commissioners will consider approval of an airport A-I-P grant application for a recently approved Airport Rescue Fire Fighting truck and will consider close out of the septage receiving station project. Other agenda items include an amendment to the wastewater plant redesign project and an amendment to an agreement for the Highway 34 water main loop project. Commissioners will close out the meeting by presenting any dialogue they man have. The Pierre City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 pm.
