HARROLD — Hughes County and the South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Department has come to an agreement on needed repairs to West Bend Road. Game, Fish and Parks will reimburse Hughes County for 50-percent of the cost, up to five-thousand dollars. The project is estimated to cost between 8500 to 10-thousand dollars. Morris Incorporated will complete the main work with the county focusing on maintaining the road.
