Heezen called the results favorable despite being down slightly. She says starting with the second meeting in July, budget requests from local non-profits and support agencies will begin as budget season for the city nears. That will lead to an early start time to Fort Pierre City Council meetings. Auditors will also be looking at Fort Pierre’s 2022 finances starting next week.
