The Oahe Capitals will be represented on three different teams this season for Team South Dakota as Dylan Dodson, Ava Lavinger, Katie Reiss and Brylee Kafka will play for Team SD.
The end result of Team South Dakota is the national tournament which is held at the end of March and beginning of April with three divisions in girls hockey and two division of boys hockey with a high school championship division. On the girls side, Lavinger will play for Team SD 14U while both Reiss and Kafka will be playing for the 16U team. Team South Dakota will have to play qualifying games to enter into the National Tournament which will be held the first week of April in 2024.
