Pierre Swim team had 2 swimmers compete at the 2023 SFST Ready for Long Course meet in Sioux Falls May 13th & 14th. This was the first meet of the summer season with both making new PR’s and adding some State times. Recently Pierre had 2 swimmers compete in Watertown June 3rd-June 4th.
2023 SD SFST May Invite
In the Girls 11-12 Division, we had 1 swimmer:
- Presley Frost: 200 IM-13th, 200 free-14th, 50 breaststroke-19th, 50 fly-21st, 100 free-22nd, 50 free-23rd & 50 back-25th
In the Boys 8 & Under Division, we had 1 swimmer:
- Bentley Frost: 200 free-2nd (SDQ), 50 free-4th (SDQ), 100 free-4th (SDQ), 100 breaststroke-4th, 50 fly-4th (SDQ), 50 breaststroke-5th (SDQ), 50 back-5th (SDQ) & 100 back-6th (SDQ)
2023 SD WASC Too Cool for the Outdoor Pool
In the Boys 7-8 division, we had 1 swimmer:
- Bentley Frost: 25 breaststroke-1st (SDQ), 50 back-2nd (SDQ), 100 back-2nd (SDQ), 200 free-2nd (SDQ), 50 free-2nd (SDQ), 50 fly-3rd (SDQ), 50 breaststroke-3rd (SDQ) & 100 free-3rd (SDQ).
In the Boys 13 & Over Division, we had 1 swimmer:
- David Stagg: 50 free-1st(SDQ), 100 free-2nd (SDQ), 200 free-2nd (SDQ), 200 IM-2nd (SDQ), 100 breaststroke-2nd (SDQ), 100 fly-2nd (SDQ) & 100 back-2nd (SDQ)
Pierre also had 5 swimmers in Brookings June 9-11th & two swimmers in Yankton June 10th-11th. Results will come later this week.
