Rollins Faces Cal St. San Bernardino in World Series Semifinals

Last Saturday, the Rollins Tars would beat Cal St. San Bernardino in the opening game of the Division II World Series. Now Rollins needs one win to advance to the championship series.

Pierre alum, Spencer Sarringar went 2-3 in the game against San Bernardino in the 6-1 win last Saturday driving in a run. So far in the World Series, Sarringar is 3-7 with two doubles and three RBIs to help lead the Tars to a 2-0 record and just one win from the final series. San Bernardino beat Millersville on Wednesday to reach the bracket one finals with a 6-5 win. If Rollins wins on Thursday, they will advance to the championship series and need to be beaten twice. If they were to lose, the two teams will play again on Friday in the winner-take-all game to advance to the championship series.
