The Pierre Governor golf team is in Watertown today playing at the Cattail Crossing Golf Course, exactly one week before returning for the ESD tournament.
The Governors placed seventh in Mitchell last Friday and have just three invites left in the season including the two in Watertown. After today, the Govs will travel to Brookings on Thursday and then back to Watertown for the ESD next week Tuesday. Pierre has the fortune of hosting the AA state golf meet and will be able to have a leg up on the competition heading into the first Monday and Tuesday in June.
Tee time is scheduled for 10:00 in Watertown.
