Capital Auto Rental will also pay a 10-percent gross of revenues collected at Pierre Regional to the city. The airport in Pierre offers rentals under the Avis and Budget Rental Car banners. The city added 30 parking spots at the airport and moved rental vehicles to the new spots to free up parking for travelers using the airport.
