The Stanley County and Lyman Track and Field Teams were both in Sturgis on Saturday competing at the Black Hills Track Classic.
Stanley County
The Buffs would have two top ten finishes on the day as Paxton Deal would set a new personal record in the long jump placing fifth while Raegen Taylor would place seventh in the girls triple jump. Spencer Sargent placed just outside the top ten at 11th in the 800 meter run.
Lyman
Rory McManus of the Lyman Raiders would place second in the 110 meter hurdles and then eighth in the 300 meter hurdles as the only top ten finish for the Raiders on Saturday. Addy Moran would place 14th in the discus while the relay team of Mesa Garnos, Kelsyn Wells, Maggie Lingemann and Makaylee Scott would place 14th in the 4×100 and 4×200 relay races.
