Pierre Tennis Hosts Huron, Spearfish in Triangular

The Pierre Governor tennis team is at home once again and begin a busy week as they start with a triangular with Huron and Spearfish today.

The Governors are 2-6 on the season in matches, but one of those two wins came against the Spearfish Spartans to begin the season at the end of March. The Govs won the match 7-2 over the Spartans. Pierre will also be looking for its first ESD win of the season when they take on the Huron Tigers. The Tigers have had their fair share of cancellations just like everybody else in the state and are just 3-2 in duals so far on the season. Huron is currently 1-1 in the ESD and lost 7-2 to Watertown to begin the season. The Arrows swept the Governors 9-0 last Friday.

Pierre will face Huron first at 11:00 which will be followed by Huron vs. Spearfish and then Pierre will take on Spearfish in the final dual of the triangular which is scheduled for around 3:00.
