PIERRE — The Pierre School Board is meeting tonight at the District Administration building. The Board will recognize the ProStart Team for moving on to the national competition for restaurant management and will consider approval of the agenda before hearing comments from Superintendent Dr. Kelly Glodt. Board comments and any comments from the public will follow along with a presentation from the Riggs Student Senate. The Board will hear information regarding the 2023 school board election and will take action on out-of-district open enrollments. Board members will also consider taking action on changes to the District’s elementary school boundaries and a renewal resolution regarding health benefits for District employees. Also on the agenda are donations, resignations and contract items for action. The Pierre School Board meets tonight at 5:30 pm.
