Last March, 1249 passengers boarded at Pierre Regional or 112 more than this March. For the year, three-thousand 53 passengers have used Pierre Regional Airport. That number is down compared to last year by 173, when three-thousand 226 people boarded in the first three months of 2022. Watertown has two-thousand 228 enplanement in 2023. Watertown did have a better March than Pierre. Watertown had one-thousand 365 boardings compared to Pierre’s 1,137.
