The Pierre Governor tennis team would be scheduled to play Tuesday at home for the first time this season, however, the event has been canceled.
As it goes in spring, not many events with triangulars and more teams are rescheduled, this one is no exception. Pierre will have to face Mitchell somewhere again for ESD purposes, but the triangular with Milbank will most likely not happen in the same fashion it was scheduled. Now the Governors will have to wait until next week to get its first action since the opening weekend back in March.
The Governors will now have its next competition slated for Thursday, April 13 when hosting the Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles in a dual.
