The Pierre Governor softball teams were scheduled to play at the PC Dome on Saturday and then again in Rapid City on Monday, but all games have been postponed.
Even with the dome, the softball team couldn’t escape the winter weather and the road conditions will be too treacherous and airing on the side of caution is the right move early in the season. Pierre was scheduled to also play in Rapid City against Stevens and Sturgis on Monday, but those games have also been postponed. No makeup date has been announced as of yet for any games.
Pierre’s next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 13 at home against O’Gorman.
