Solberg would purchase Lot 16, a nearly 15 acre parcel to expand. Horizon Agronomy looks to purchase the second platted area, Lot 17 which is just over five acres. That leaves 23 acres that can only be accessed off 206th Street. Hughes County Commissioners Randy Brown, Rob Fines and Tom Rounds joined the Pierre City Commission in giving unanimous approval to the plat request.
