PIERRE — The Pierre City Commission is meeting tonight at the Pierre Municipal Building. The meeting will start as a joint meeting with the Hughes County Commission to consider a plat of two lots in the Shamrock Commercial Addition in the Extra Territorial area. Commissioners will consider approval of a seven item consent calendar before moving on to new business items. The Commission will consider the LaBarge Tennis Court resurfacing project and a request to bid a wash bay project. Commissioners will consider a change order on the Outdoor Pool project, a request to surplus city property for the spring state sale and will give first reading to a budget supplement for carryover funds from 2022. Holiday hours for the Good Friday holiday will also be announced before Commissioners present any dialogue they may have. The Pierre City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 pm.
