As a part of Engineering Week, the Central Chapter of the South Dakota Engineering Society also awarded two individual awards. The Young Engineer of the Year is Brandon Carda with the Office of the State Engineer. Neal Konda was named the Engineer of the Year. He works in the Livestock Services Program with the State Department of Ag and Natural Resources.
