The Pierre Governor wrestling teams were welcomed back into the community on Tuesday with a state dual championship for the boys and a team title for the girls.
The Governor boys have won its second dual state championship in the last three years as the girls have picked up back to back team titles, the only two in South Dakota history. On top of those championships, Deegan Houska won an individually championship in his senior year while Ciara McFarling won a third straight individual championship as just a sophomore.
