Bill To Help Enhance Sentencing For DUI Convictions Passes House Judiciary Committee

PIERRE — A bill that would give prosecutors more room to seek enhanced penalties for frequent drunk drivers will be considered by the full House after passage by the House Judiciary Committee Monday.
