PIERRE — The Pierre City Commission is meeting tonight at the Pierre Municipal Building. A very light agenda will greet Commissioners tonight. First up is a three item consent calendar containing only the claims, meeting minutes from the February 14th meeting and a raffle request for Post Eight Baseball. In unfinished business, Commissioners will get a construction update on the John Waldron Memorial bridge, much like their counterparts on the Fort Pierre City Council. The Commission will also consider awarding a bid for 2023 base course. Also on the agenda is considering fees and programming for the city’s 2023 summer recreation program. Commissioners will wrap up the meeting by presenting any dialogue they may have. The Pierre City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 p.m. The meeting is open to the community.
