The Pierre Governor girls still have yet to not leave without a tournament win as they would take home the team title in Harrisburg on Saturday.
The Governors would score a 158, edging out Canton at 142 to pick up the team title. It’s one of the closest team scores all season for the Pierre girls. Ciara McFarling would be the only Governor to win her weight class as she had a pinfall victory all the way to the title. Dani Ringstmeyer and Marlee Shorter each went to the finals but were defeated in the championship round. Hattie Baldwin would place third for the Governors.
