PIERRE — Another light agenda greets the Pierre City Commission tonight. A combined five items are on the agenda and two of those are on the consent calendar; approval of minutes from the January 31st meeting and the claims. A public hearing is scheduled for 5:45 p.m. for a temporary on-sale liquor license for Escape L-L-C doing business as the Boat House at the Missouri Avenue Event Center on April 29th. Two items of new business make of the remainder of the agenda. Commissioners will consider approval of a request to purchase a mechanical sweeper for the street department and a requests to bid for the city’s 2023 curb and gutter projects. Commissioners will also during the course of the meeting present any dialogue they may have. The Pierre City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 p.m. at the Pierre Municipal Building. The meeting is open to the public.
