House State Affairs Committee Passes Two Of Six Bills On Eminent Domain Monday

PIERRE — Only two of six bill related to building carbon dioxide pipelines in South Dakota survived an elongated trip through the House State Affairs Committee Monday. The Committee started hearing the bills just before eight a.m. Monday, to a break for the House floor session then resumed and finished before five p.m. House Bill 1230 survived the gauntlet.
