Capitals Tie it in the Final Second, Fall in Overtime to Sioux Falls

The Oahe Capitals would score two goals in the final minute and 33 seconds to tie the game at 3-3, but would eventually fall in overtime, securing a huge point against undefeated Sioux Falls 1.

Cory Perdaems scored all three goals in regulation for the Flyers who are now 13-0 on the year. Perdaems had a goal in each period on his way to the hat trick. Barrett Schweitzer would tie the game at 1-1 with a minute and a half to play in the first period. Then, down 3-1 late in the third, the Caps would pull the goalie two different times as Andrew Coughlin scored to make it 3-2 with a minute and 33 seconds remaining and then it was Ashton Griese who picked up a loose puck in front of the net and scored with 1.9 seconds remaining to send the game to overtime. It was a huge point for the Caps to get as they were nearly defeated in regulation. Cade Edwards scored the overtime winner with just under seven minutes remaining. Oahe falls to 11-2-0-1 on the season.
