PIERRE — The Pierre City Commission is meeting tonight at the Pierre Municipal Building. Commissioners will get an update on the Essential Air Service contract process. The city has until Friday to make a recommendation to the US-DOT about which of three options the City of Pierre would prefer from Denver Air Connection. That update will come in special business. Commissioners will consider approval of a five-item consent calendar. The calendar includes minutes from the January 10th meeting, claims, two new hires and a raffle request from Ducks Unlimited. Commissioners will consider a request to re-bid the pickleball court project and will request to bid for resurfacing of the aquatic center pool. The Commission will also discuss the Hillsview Golf Course Clubhouse and a pro-shop manager contract. Commissioners will end the meeting by presenting any dialogue they may have. The Pierre City Commission meets tonight at 5:30pm.
