The regular season is down to just a month remaining as the Pierre Governors will be back in action tonight as both the Governors and Stanley County Lady Buffaloes will be in Aberdeen for a Triangular.
The Governors last regular season meet is scheduled for Feb. 4 which is the ESD meet hosted by the Governors. Pierre is inching closer to hosting its invite which is next week Saturday, the 14 when nine AA teams will be competing.
Stanley County finished in fourth place at the Hot Springs invite at the end of 2022 out of six teams including two AA teams. The Lady Buffs are still two weeks away when they host a quad on Friday Jan 20 and then the invite on Saturday, Jan. 21.
The triangular is set to begin at 5:00 this evening at Aberdeen Central High School.
