The Sully Buttes Chargers were scheduled to face the Wolsey-Wessington Warbirds on Thursday, but with the expected winter weather and wind chills, the game has been postponed.
This means the Charger boys team will still not play its first game until the final day of the 2022. The Chargers will finally face the Winner Warriors on Saturday, Dec. 31. The Charger girls are still awaiting its next game as they won’t play again until Monday, Jan. 2 against the Lyman Raiders. The Charger girls still sit at 2-0 after beating North Central 55-20 back on Dec. 9. The doubleheader will now be made up on Monday, Feb. 13. It’s now already the third date to be postponed and rescheduled for the Chargers this season.
Sully Buttes boys will play Winner on Saturday, Dec. 31 with the JV starting at 12:00 and the varsity to follow down in Winner.
