The Stanley County Buffaloes are at home once again after a week without games as the Buffs host the Jones County Coyotes before the Christmas break begins.
The Buffalo boys are 1-0 with a late win over the Miller Rustlers, but the win came back on Dec. 8. Nearly two weeks later, the boys will finally have its second game facing the 0-2 Coyotes. Jones County lost 83-44 to White River and 67-45 to Highmore-Harrold in its two games.
Meanwhile, it’s the exact opposite on the girls side. The Lady Buffs are looking for its first win at 0-3 while the Coyotes have yet to lose at 2-0. Jones County beat Kimball-White Lake 44-32 and Highmore-Harrold 46-22. Stanley County looks for its first win against a Class B opponent who is a senior heavy team with five seniors.
The doubleheader begins at 6:30 with the girls game and the boys to follow, all at the Parkview Auditorium.
