The additional fee for those who use tobacco or vaping products remains unchanged at 40-dollars. The City of Pierre offers two plans; a one-thousand dollar and three-thousand dollar deductible plan. The city contributes 100-dollars per month to a Health Savings Account on the three-thousand dollar, high-deductible plan.
