The Sully Buttes Chargers were able to survive a low scoring, defensive slug fest last Thursday over Potter County and will now take on an athletic Irene-Wakonda in the quarterfinals tonight.
The Chargers were able to stave off an upset last week, but it wasn’t the same for Corsica-Stickney who lost to the Eagles 61-52 in a high scoring, offensive shootout. The two teams clash in Onida with the Chargers looking for more offense while the Eagles will be looking for more defense.
