Stanley County Grand Jury Indicts Two Men In Separate Court Files

FORT PIERRE — A Stanley County Grand Jury has handed down two indictments on separate cases this week. Stanley County States Attorney Thomas P. Maher says 38 year-old Fabian Howe Jr., of Harrold was indicted Monday on felony charges of a fourth-offense D-U-I and Aggravated Eluding on top of several misdemeanor charges. Howe is currently out of jail on a two-thousand dollar bond. Also indicted Monday is 44 year-old Donnie Edwards of Stanley County. The Grand Jury handed down an indictment on several sex offenses including Criminal Pedophilia, four counts of First Degree Rape, Fourth Degree Rape, Sexual Contact with a Child Under 16 and two counts each of Incest and Aggravated Incest. Edwards is currently being held in the Hughes County Jail on a 250-thousand dollar cash bond.
