The Faith Longhorns would get the best of the Stanley County Buffaloes on Friday as they would defeat the Buffs 42-16 to close out the regular season.
The Buffs finish the season at 3-5 and will be in the playoffs starting on Thursday while Faith finished at 6-2 and will host a first round matchup. Faith will host defending state champion, Dell Rapids St. Mary.
The Buffaloes will be the 16 seed and will take on the top seed, the Wall Eagles. Wall finished the season at 8-0, one of three teams in 9AA to be unbeaten.
Kickoff from Wall will be at 7:30 Central Time. Max Foth, head coach of the Buffs will be a guest on Coaches Corner on Wednesday.
