The Stanley County Buffaloes are poised to make the postseason, but will have one final tough test before the regular season comes to an end. The Buffs will host the Faith Longhorns tonight.
The Longhorns come in at 5-2 on the season, but were toppled over last Friday to Kadoka Area in a 44-6 loss. It snapped its three game winning streak and pushed the Longhorns down to the seventh seed. In three of its five wins, the Longhorns have played to a one possession game. Stanley County and Faith have three common opponents as Faith beat both Dupree and Lemmon/McIntosh by a single possession while the Buffs had a much bigger spread.
