The Sully Buttes Chargers will hit the road on Thursday as they face their second straight Region 6A opponent, this time it will be the number two team in the region, the Mobridge-Pollock Tigers.
The Tigers are 19-4 on the season and only trail Miller in the Region 6A standings as they look to be one of the two favorites to come out of the region for the SoDak 16 early next month. One positive for the Chargers heading into the matchup is the Tigers have dropped its last two contest to both Ipswich and Aberdeen Roncalli. Sully Buttes will look to improve to above .500 with a win and are still trying to catch the Potter County Battlers for the fourth spot in the region standings. The Chargers will be at the Miller tournament on Saturday before playing its final two games of the season next week.
First serve is scheduled for around 7:45 tonight from Mobridge.
