The Stanley County Buffaloes would pick up a 20 point win over Lemmon/McIntosh to boost its playoff chances with a 34-14 win Friday night.
Stanley County jumped out to an early lead and was able to keep the Cowboys at arms length away for the ballgame. The Buffaloes are able to move to 3-4 on the season with just a home game against Faith remaining. The Buffs are now in 15th place in the 9AA standings are near secure in their spot for the playoffs. Lemmon/McIntosh falls to 2-5 and are now in 16th place in the 9B standings clinging to a playoff spot.
The Buffs will host the Faith Longhorns on Friday night to close out the regular season. Kickoff is at 7:00 from Ole Williamson Field.
