Zumba Gold and Golden Beats are free for Senior Center members and 20-dollars for non-members on Mondays and Wednesdays at the YMCA. Tai Chi is also Monday and Wednesday at the Y for the same fee structure. Chair Yoga and Golden Beats alternate each week and are free for senior center members and 10-dollars for non-members.
