PIERRE — The Pierre School Board holds it’s monthly meeting tonight at the District Administration building. Board members will consider approval of a nine-item consent calendar before hearing comments from Superintendent Kelly Glodt. Public and Board comments will follow that along with an update from the Riggs Student Senate. The Board will hear the Fiscal Year 2022 Financial report and will consider two board policy changes. One is taking action on revisions to the District’s sexual and personal harassment policy. The second is first reading of a policy on the administration of opioid antagonists such as Narcan. Board members will take action on an Associated School Boards delegate assembly nomination, adult lunch prices, donations, surplus property, resignations and contract items. The Board will also meet in executive session to discuss school safety. The Pierre School District Board of Education meets tonight at 5:30pm.
