The unspent general fund budget for the 21-point-three million dollar budget was just over 14-thousand dollars. For the total 34-million dollar budget, the Pierre School District used 94-point-seven-six percent or didn’t use around one-point-eight million dollars. Overall spending by the District in Fiscal Year 2022 was within point-four-percent of receipts. Federal Covid-19 dollars amounted for many of the funds exceeding their budgets.
