I-S-G is the engineering company putting the proposal together. Hanson says the company has worked with the city to spread paying for the proposal out over a five year span. The total cost of the engineering proposal is approximately 315-thousand dollars. The Fort Pierre BID Board approved an additional 25-thousand dollars over a two-year time frame for the project. The BID Board has already committed 221-thousand dollars to the project.
