The Pierre Governor golf team will look to get back on track on Tuesday in Aberdeen after a seventh place finish in Huron last week Friday.
The Governors will have 10 days off after Tuesday’s invite including the Labor Day weekend. Pierre is one of 12 teams to compete in Aberdeen with half the field being Class A schools. Pierre is joined by Aberdeen Central, Brookings, Huron, Mitchell and Watertown as the six Class AA schools at the invite. Outside of the latest invite, the Governors have finished above the rest of the AA teams besides Watertown through the other three invites of the season. The six sophomores will look to bounce back into the top tier again today.
Tee Time is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Lee Park Golf Course in Aberdeen.
