The Stanley County Lady Buffaloes would fall in its first match of the day to the Wall Eagles before coming back and defeating Bennett County to finish the day with a split.
It was a clean sweep for the Eagles in the first match as they would take the match 25-22, 26-24 and 25-20. The Lady Buffs were in every set and nearly defeated Wall on its home court to remain unbeaten. However, the Lady Buffs would come back in the next match against Bennett County and sweep the Warriors by scores of 25-15, 25-11 and 25-12. It was a dominating effort by Stanley County and big response after the loss.
The Lady Buffs are now 2-1 on the season and will travel to Chamberlain on Tuesday to take on the Cubs. First serve is scheduled for 7:45 from the Armory in Chamberlain.
