The Stanley County Buffaloes would fall to 0-2 on Friday with a 36-7 loss to the De Smet Bulldogs on the road.
The Bulldogs built up a lead through three quarters to start the running clock as De Smet led 36-0 before the Buffaloes were able to score its lone touchdown in the final quarter. Stanley County’s offense will look to get offense going now in week three as they’ve scored just 13 points in the first two weeks of the year.
The Buffaloes will return home to take on Dupree on Friday. Kickoff is at 7:00 from Ole Williamson Field in Ft. Pierre.
