The Stanley County Lady Buffaloes are off on a good note as they would defeat the Highmore-Harrold Pirates in a three set sweep, 25-21, 25-10 and 25-17.
The Lady Buffaloes picked up a win already this season against an opponent they didn’t beat last year and did so in dominating fashion. After the first set win for the Lady Buffs playing to just a four point victory, Stanley County created the separation in each of the other two sets that Highmore-Harrold was unable to overcome in the first match victory.
The Lady Buffaloes will travel to Wall on Saturday for a triangular with Wall and Bennett County while Highmore-Harrold will take on fellow 6B opponent Ipswich on Thursday.
