The Pierre Tennis team dropped just one dual of four over the weekend taking on all Class AA schools and defeating Harrisburg, Washington and Roosevelt.
The Governors split the two duals on Friday as they fell 6-3 to Lincoln but picking up a win over Harrisburg. Then on Saturday, the Governors didn’t drop a single match, sweeping both Washington and Roosevelt 9-0. The Governors have now improved to 5-1 on the season in duals with an in-season tournament coming up this weekend in Rapid City. Pierre will face Brandon Valley on Thursday in a dual before the tournament begins on Friday and runs through Saturday.
