Summit Carbon Solutions is proposing a pipeline that would transport liquid carbon dioxide from ethanol plants in Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota and South Dakota to an underground storage site in North Dakota. A proposed spur from the main line is planned to extend to the Ringneck Ethanol plant in Onida.
