PIERRE — The Hughes County Commission is meeting tonight at the Hughes County Courthouse. The Commission will consider a lien release request and improvements to 200th Street along with personnel items. Commissioners will hear about investments and will consider step increases and renewals of Hunting Preserve liquor licenses. Two planning and zoning items are on the agenda. They include first reading of a rezoning request and first consideration of a plat change. Commissioners will also consider approval of an Ambulance District resolution and hold discussions on the county budget. The agenda also includes approval of the claims and reports from liaisons and the County Manager. The Hughes County Commission meets tonight at 5:30 PM.
