Beginning on Thursday, the Post 8 13U Teeners will be in Brookings for the Class A State Tournament. The Teeners are guaranteed three games of pool play from Thursday through Saturday.
The Teeners come into the state tournament at 29-9-1, a remarkable 20 games over .500. Pierre is 6-2 against its pool heading into the tournament. The Tenners are 4-1 against Aberdeen while going 2-1 against Renner. Pierre has not played Harrisburg Maroon. Pierre comes into the tournament having won nine of the last 11 games to close the regular season. Andy Gordon, head coach of the Teeners says they have a deep team this year…

Pierre faces Harrisburg Maroon at 2:30 on Thursday, Aberdeen at 10:00 AM on Friday and Renner at 12:00 on Saturday. The semifinals on Sunday are scheduled for 10:30 AM and 1:00 with the championship scheduled for first pitch at 3:00. You can see the full tournament schedule below.
