PIERRE — The Hughes County Commission is meeting tonight at the Hughes County Courthouse due to the 4th of July Holiday. The Commission will consider funding and personnel for the JDAI or Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiative and will discuss the J-S-C long-term stay rate. The courthouse water heater is also on the agenda along with approval of the claims and reports. Two executive sessions are on the agenda; one for personnel and one for contract negotiations.
